8. Shipping and Delivery Through Shiprocket

We use Shiprocket and its associated courier partners to facilitate shipping, delivery and shipment tracking, where applicable.

Delivery estimates displayed on the Website or communicated after ordering are indicative unless expressly guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by the delivery location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, regulatory requirements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders within the communicated timeframe and assist customers with shipping-related enquiries.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. Additional delivery attempts, address corrections or other services may be subject to courier availability and applicable charges.

If a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can investigate with the relevant logistics partner.

Our use of Shiprocket does not exclude any responsibility or remedy that applies to us under applicable law.
